The venue's luxurious amenities fulfilled my every need. The spa and wellness centre was a highlight, providing massages and a sauna. The sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool offered relaxation in the Spanish sunshine. The poolside snack bar served delicious cocktails, adding to the exclusive experience.
The buffet breakfast was a minor let down with limited options. However, the restaurant's special diet menus catered to my dietary needs. The hotel's location was ideal, only a short stroll to the main attractions. the service exceeded my expectations and the private facilities were exceptional.

The hotel is in close proximity to multiple restaurant options. We never had to walk far to find a good meal. The breakfast was a highlight - delicious and with plenty of options. The view from the hotel room was breathtaking, a true paradise. We loved the leisure facilities, particularly the pool and the gym. As party people, the trendy bar on the rooftop was our favorite hangout spot.
The parking situation was frustrating and overall not well-managed, causing a headache for guests.

The hotel had a great location for exploring the city and nearby attractions. It was easy to get around and transportation was nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities.
The breakfast buffet could have been better, with more variety and fresher options. The coffee machine was a bit of a hassle to use and was not great for the environment. Additionally, some of the restaurant and bar staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to long wait times and difficulty getting service. however, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives and we enjoyed our stay.

Additionally, the hotel staff was extremely supportive, accommodating our changing travel plans, and displaying exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel's location was convenient, being in close proximity to major landmarks and public transportation. The breakfast selection offered a great variety of food options, including healthy and hearty choices.
Was all great.

This hotel is an epitome of luxury with exclusive amenities that make it stand out. The Spa & wellness center, sauna, and massage services were a haven of relaxation. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace had a picturesque view, and the saltwater pool felt invigorating. The staff were attentive to my needs, and the room advantages were exclusive, including in-room breakfast and private facilities. The restaurant had special diet menus, and the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were convenient and had delicious treats.
While this hotel was superb, the slight downside was the location, which required a bit of walking to access some attractions. Despite this minor issue, the hotel had transportation services that made up for it. this hotel was perfect, and I had a great experience.

The hotel provided an exclusive experience with luxurious amenities, including a relaxing spa with a full body massage and steam room. The outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was perfect for soaking up the sun, and the poolside snack bar served delicious snacks. The restaurant offered a wide range of special diet menus, and the in-room breakfast was a pleasant touch. The location was advantageous, close to the main attractions in the city. The staff provided excellent service, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The only minor issue I experienced was the limited hours of the saltwater pool. However, this was overshadowed by the outstanding facilities and service provided.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a great variety of choices. Additionally, the location was really convenient for exploring the city by foot and for visiting the main attraction. It was great to have a spacious room with comfortable amenities to relax in at the end of the day.
The rooms were too hot and the temperature regulator did not work properly. The pool area was not well maintained and the lighting throughout the hotel was inadequate. However, the staff were not very attentive and the service felt slow and unhelpful.

The hotel had a great location, it was very close to key attractions like the Palace. The staff was outstanding, providing great recommendations and addressing issues promptly. They sent complimentary chocolate to the room and changed rooms due to a faulty A/C. Additionally, there were two complementary facts offered during my stay, which was a nice touch. The rooms were modern and stylish, with smart lighting and extra comfy beds.
The hotel was understaffed during my stay. Also, the waiters were not fluent in English, and it was difficult to understand the desserts. The receptionists' suggestions for restaurants were poor, and they couldn't assist with finding tickets for the key attractions, which was disappointing. Finally, the pool was quite small, more like a large bathtub. Overall it was a mixed experience, but it had many fabulous elements.

Great location for the Alhambra and quick walk down into central Granada, and a very hard walk back up! Breakfast was good, not outstanding and rooms were functional and comfortable.
The hotel lacks character, probably down to the fact it’s a 2/3 day tourist hotel. Staff were mostly helpful but didn’t seem inspired, and the whole place felt more suited to tour groups and corporates.
